We are entrepreneurs and we get start-ups. We have been working side-by-side with start-ups to create Minimal Viable Products (MVP) that relates to physical spaces. From retail prototype with Good Goods, to neighborhood pop-up platform with MILES, to farm prototype with Full Nature. We are invested in projects that have a vision is truly inspiring and worth spreading. We are both architects and strategists.

Working closely with Parsons School of Design Global Executive Master Program , we create partnerships between start-ups and corporations in US and Europe with insights and opportunities in Asia. We have worked with Agorize, a French start-up that is ready to enter the Chinese market with actionable insights and partners in Shanghai to stage their next growth strategy.

Co-creating New Educational Concepts with Schools and Teachers

We work closely with the team at Truelight Middle School to revamp their library as a new generation e-learning commons for their students. The bold design move to unfold the traditional stacks into a continuous ribbon of books allows the shelving to become the backdrop of a much larger library space, and increases the exposure of the books to the students with lots of digital infrastructure integrated into this learning ribbon. The new window wall brings in ample sunlight into the spaces, and reinforces the presence of the library as the central hub for all students. By using minimal design moves, we integrated the old school premise with new design infrastructure that is much needed in secondary schools in Hong Kong.

Supporting social equity for youths

We have designed 10+ projects with Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups to support youth programming, from activities center, youth S.P.O.T., youth hostel, Leadership Institute, schools, kindergarten, and more… Our vision is to create equitable and accessible spaces for youths from a diversity of background and needs to work, play, dwell, and learn. We have created a special trust with our client Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups that allows us to propose new solutions for youths from design, programming to partnership with start-ups to implement on our vision.

Scalable sustainability through Aquaponics Farm
